A quick and easy microwaveable recipe featuring savory Momofuku Miso Cacio e Pepe Noodles alongside tender Garlic Butter Lobster Tails, perfect for a fast and delicious meal using Anyday microwaveable cookware.
For the Momofuku Miso Cacio e Pepe Noodles:
1. Place olive oil, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, white miso, and 1 tablespoon black pepper in the Anyday dish and cover with the lid (knob lifted).
2. Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the butter is melted and the miso is lightly caramelized.
3. Add the water, sauce packet from the noodles, and stir to combine. Add the noodles.
4. Cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
5. Serve immediately with extra parmesan, if desired.
For the Garlic Butter Lobster Tails:
1. Place 4 tablespoons butter in a separate Anyday dish and soften in the microwave until it has the texture of soft cream cheese, about 15-30 seconds.
2. Add the garlic powder, lemon zest, and 1/4 teaspoon salt into the butter and mix until well incorporated. Transfer the butter to a side dish and set aside at room temperature.
3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise by laying the lobster with the belly side up and firmly cutting through the shell with a sharp knife.
4. Evenly spread the garlic butter onto each cut side of the lobster and place tails in the Anyday dish, butter side up. Cover with the lid (knob lifted).
5. Cook in the microwave at Power Level 5 for 5-6 minutes, or until the flesh of the lobster turns opaque and the butter is fully melted. Make sure not to overcook it!
6. When the lobster is finished cooking, spoon some of the juices over the meat and season to taste with fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, chopped parsley, or chives.
Serve the noodles and lobster tails together, optionally with a fried egg.
